  • For those customers with an active support agreement you can gain access to our Support and Training Resources for trouble-shooting, simple solutions and documentation.
  • Lifeline Resources include: Support FAQ page, Product Documentation Library, Training Video Library and One-on-One Training Sessions.

Submit a Support Ticket

Communicate your system issue with our support department.

  • For your convenience, we offer you the ability to directly submit support tickets. As simple as sending an email, utilizing this quick and easy tool can save you and your employees valuable time as well as allowing you to document your issue for reference.
  • Once received by Support, a ticket number is issued and details of the ticket are returned to the email address you provided on the form.
  • When we receive your ticket, a member of our support staff will review your issue and contact you with a resolution
