Our solution is based on the Windows Mobile OS and allows you desktop level performance without being tethered down or away from your customers in a back room. Using it you have the ability to create purchase orders, receive invoices, use the timeclock, create transfers/adjustments, reconcile your lottery and perform inventory spot checks and cycle counts – all in real time while the store is open and the register is ringing up sales.

The cycle count module is our most popular and highest regarded module. It is the definitive way to accurately perform inventory counts in your store. While using it, all actions are tagged with a timestamp so there are no questions to answer during reconciliation. Once an item has been scanned, a snapshot of the current inventory qty is taken and any sales performed from then until you reconcile are automatically taken into account. We also handle the delicate relationship between cartons and packs seamlessly and give you the option of viewing items individually or rolled up into the purchase unit – so when you are short 1 carton put over 10 packs, we don’t show an erroneous variance. We keep a full history of every scan and give you the option to replace or append if you scan the same item more than once. Once reconciled, the inventory levels are applied locally and the count is pushed to corporate where they can view and audit the full details.
